Independent research firm Brand Keys recognized Mary Kay as the No. 3 leader in its 12th Annual Loyalty Leaders list, behind only Google and Avis, and ahead of all other cosmetics companies including Maybelline, Esteé Lauder and Clinique/ Lancôme.  This is exciting news!

The leader’s list came from Brand Keys’ 2008 customer loyalty study which examined customer relationships with 382 brands in 57 categories and predicts the brands “whose customers will demonstrate the highest levels of engagement and loyalty over the next 12 to 18 months.”
The products are outstanding, but that is not the only reason that our customers are so loyal.  Mary Kay’s philosophies are the strong foundation that a long-lasting and successful business requires. The fact that I have been in the business for over 23 years now, is not unusual. I have not only customers , but consultants who have been part of my business for decades!
