So many people go through life without anyone taking the time to let them know that they are appreciated. When was the last time that you heard the sound of applause for something you did? Chances are for many people that was when they graduated from high school or college. In my business, we try to recognize people all the time. When I see a woman achieve a little success, I let her know that it’s important. Little successes build bigger success.
My unit of Independent Beauty Consultants and I are celebrating our 22nd anniversary this month. Some of them have been part of my business the entire time, others for a decade or two. Thinking that I don’t always tell them often enough how important they are to me and how blessed that I am to have them in my life, I recently sent out an email with a video link for them to watch.
