This is true and I …
This is true and I believe in separation of church and state, but how far do we take it? Do we become an officially atheist government? I submit that the current system of trying to block all religious thought from government is leading us towards an atheist view. I definitely don’t want the government deciding what should be taught by any means, but why can’t people’s personal beliefs be known? Was it freedom OF religion or freedom FROM religion?

this is one of the most meaningful songs of today! With what is going on in the media and the election coming we need to look to this song as a guide.
Don’t listen to the words of Obama or Mccain , but watch their actions. Are they really for the USA or some “other” future for this country!

I love this song. I discovered in the video of in god we still trust that was submitted by cjones39 that there is an atheist that was taking shots at every Christian who posted that they loved the song. I responded to him and now our argument is literally 26 pages long. ANy of you who want to look are welcome to. It just shows how determined these atheists are to shoot us down. But “In God We Still Trust” no matter how much crying and whining they do.

What people tend to …
What people tend to forget here is this country was created on the emphasis of freedom of religion. Our early for fathers fought so that we might have freedom. Also the separation of church and state people so mis interpret. Our for fathers seen the problems that Great Britain had and wanted to make it so that Government couldn’t dictate to the church or the church dictate to the government.
