I definately need some help finding a'star' to hitch my wagon to. I love my Director, she is great, but if I am understanding your comment correctly, I need to find someone who is doing what I want to be doing, right? I want to be able to build my business so I can replace it with my day j.o.b. My Director works a full time job and is a sales Director, and likes it that way. However, she is so busy with both that we have monthly meetings (if even then) and I feel like I need more to plug in to. I would never ever leave her unit, and would never advocate such, but is it wrong for me to seek out the advice of others and be mentored by others besides my own Director? I would cut off my arm before I ever hurt her feelings. I guess I feel guilty saying that I need more than what I am getting in my unit.
