I recommend BNI. That is a structured group that develops relationships to share referrals. Look online for your local chapter. My product competes with, and consistently outperforms, Valpak and money mailer. I have had little success with hiring salespeople. Most give up after one day. It's easier to do the selling myself. But it's like selling any other product, really. See lots of people, build value, and be persistent.
